How do I find the product(s) I'm searching for?

We are continually improving our website's navigation functions. The best way to navigate our website is to use the "Search" bar. When putting in your part number, formatting may get in the way of successfully finding what you need. Dashes, spaces and "dots" can sometimes result in an unsuccessful search. If this occurs, the "less is more" rule can provide better results. Put in the first few letters or numbers, hit enter and you will be provided with results from which you can narrow your search.

I'm putting in a part number, but not getting any results, now what?

Part numbers, while always helpful in searching for the proper seal kit, can be formatted differently depending on the database. For example, 123-456 can be read differently from 123456, try it without hyphens or letters. If you are still having difficulty, please contact us, with the manufacturer, model number and part number if available.

How do I identify the product I have so I can find the proper seal kit or parts?

Jacks and hydraulics have a couple of defining marks. We can best assist you if you send pictures of the product that you have via email. We will be in touch with you to help guide you through the selection process.


How do I place an order?

We accept orders via our website. As a service, we also accept telephone and email orders. After you place your order, we will email you an order acknowledgement.

What if this is my first order on HCRCnow.com?

You do not need to have a previously existing account with us to place orders on our website. Just fill in your shipping and billing address at checkout, if you choose to create an account, we will save that information for future orders.

What are your business hours?

Our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Sales Team is available by phone Monday through Thursday 7AM - 4PM PST, Friday 7AM - 2PM PST.

Do you have minimums?

We do not have order minimums.

What forms of payment does HCRCnow.com accept?

HCRCnow.com accepts all major credit or debit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, COD or mail orders.

I can't find the catalogue part number

If you can't find exactly what you need on our site, we can help. Give us a call, or email us a description of the product, a drawing, a picture or the manufacturer's part/model number.

Order delivery times

Most orders are processed the same or next business day at standard ground rates. More than 85% of the products ordered are shipped from inventory. Some items drop-ship directly from the factory, you may experience longer lead times for these items. We use many different carriers in order to provide you with fast deliveries, but if you need a special delivery or if you require a certain carrier, please let us know with an email help@hcrcnow.com or by phone 562-596-5477.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not entered the shipping process. Notify us at help@hcrcnow.com or the Contact Us button on our website, send in your order number and cancellation request. A Customer Service representative will reply with a confirmation.

Where does HCRCnow.com ship in the United States?

We ship to all 50 States and US Territories, including APO/FPO, AA, AE, AP, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and Northern Mariana Islands. Some products have estimated shipping rates, if you order a product that requires additional shipping, you will be notified at the time of order fulfillment.

What about shipping outside the United States?

We ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all customers to determine whether we can accept them.

Can I ship on my own account?

We arrange shipping on behalf of customers, passing along rates we negotiate with the carriers including insurance. We quote rates in real time for each shopping cart, which is why you must ship using our service (and cannot use your own carrier account to pay for an order's shipping).

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax when/where applicable. If you qualify for sales tax exempt status, email us a completed, signed copy of the proper form for your state. We have the forms listed below by clicking the link.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a refund of the item price with the exception of liquids (oil, paint) and items that specifically say they are non-returnable or final sale. Returned items must be complete and in its original, unmarked (not opened) manufacturer's packaging.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable items and/or orders are not returnable and void the standard return policy.

How long will the return/exchange process take?

Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your return/exchange.

I received a defective product, now what?

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page, you will send us a few photos of the defective item. Once submitted, we will review your request for approval. Once we have approved the defect you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with further instructions.

Am I responsible for return shipping?

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns.

If you have a defective item or received the wrong product, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval.


How do I install the part or seal kit?

We offer repair resources under the Resources tab on our website. Model-specific manuals are listed in our Technical Drawings library.
