Place an order
Place your first order on the website
You do not need to have a previously existing account with us to place orders on our website. Just fill in your shipping and billing address at checkout, if you choose to create an account we will save that information for future orders.
Our business hours
Our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Sales Team is available by phone Monday through Thursday 6AM - 4PM PST, Friday 6AM - 2PM PST.
We do not have order minimums.
Ordering without a catalog part number
Order delivery times
Most orders are processed the same or next business day at standard ground rates. More than 85% of the products ordered are shipped from inventory. Some items drop-ship directly from the factory, you may experience longer lead times for these items. We use many different carriers in order to provide you with fast deliveries, but if you need a special delivery or if you require a certain carrier, please let us know with an email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 562-596-5477.
Shipping orders in the United States
We ship to APO/FPO, AA, AE, AP, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and all US territories. Some products have estimated shipping rates, if you order a product that requires additional shipping, you will be notified at the time of order fulfillment.
Shipping orders outside the United States
We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.
Returns and exchanges
Send an email to email@example.com requesting a return, include your Order# along with the reason for the return. If approved, we will give you the return address for the appropriate warehouse, please write your Order Number on the outside of the package. Do not send any return back without approval. Any returned product must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. The condition of the merchandise and it’s packaging is at the discretion of Lazzar’s Floor Jack.
Please use a trackable return method to provide us with tracking information.
Your return will be refunded to the original form of payment.
All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.
To exchange a product, request a return (above), then place a new order for the product needed. If you need help finding the correct item to exchange, let us know!
Lost or stolen packages
While we do not anticipate a package being lost or damaged in transit, it does happen, and we will immediately file a claim for you with whichever carrier chosen to deliver your package. In the event that a package is stolen and after a claim has been filed and delivery confirmed, Lazzar's Floor Jack will not accept responsibility for replacing or refunding the stolen merchandise.
If you would like a signature confirmation upon delivery (additional charge), please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order.
We charge sales tax when/where applicable. If you qualify for sales tax exempt status, email us a completed, signed copy of the proper form for your state. We have the forms listed below by clicking the link.
