Place an order

We accept orders via phone, email and this website. After you place your order, we will send you an email acknowledgement.

Place your first order on the website

You do not need to have a previously existing account with us to place orders on the Internet. Just tell us your shipping and billing addresses the first time you order, and we will save the information for future orders.

Our business hours

We take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Small orders

At Lazzar's Floor Jack, we do not have order minimums.

Ordering without a catalog part number

If you can’t find exactly what you need in the catalog, we can help. Give us a call, or email us a description of the product, a drawing, a picture or the manufacturer's part number.

Order delivery times

Most orders are processed the same or next business day at standard ground rates. More than 85% of the products ordered are shipped from inventory. Some items drop ship directly from the factory. We use many different carriers in order to provide you with fast deliveries, but if you need a special delivery or if you require a certain carrier, please let us know.

Shipping orders in the United States

We ship to APO/FPO, AA, AE, AP, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and all US territory.

If you order a product that requires additional shipping, you will be notified at the time of order fulfillment.

Shipping orders outside the United States

We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.

Returns, exchanges and loss in mail

We understand that errors occur. If you have any difficulty with your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.

Bottom Line – we will provide all of our resources to satisfy your needs.

On some items, we will assess a handling fee. These are items that were delivered directly from one of our factories and/or items that were ordered only to fill your order. If you have questions about your product, please send us an email about this and we will verify the product you wish to return.

Sales tax / Resale

We charge sales tax in California. If you are located in California and have a resale card or certificate, email or mail us a signed copy. You can let us know when you place your order using the Special Instructions field at the bottom of the order page that you are purchasing for resale.

When we receive your resale certificate (CDTFA-230), we will refund the Sales Tax amount on orders placed for resale.
