Our website provides extensive information on our products – including descriptions, product photos, factory drawings and instructions on measurement and installation. These resources can be found within several locations on our initial landing page; under “Choose a Category” bar and “Resources” menu.
+ How do I find the product(s) I’m searching for?
We are continually improving our website’s navigation functions. The best way to navigate our website is to use the “Search” bar. When putting in your part number, formatting may get in the way of successfully finding what you need. Dashes, spaces and “dots” can sometimes result in an unsuccessful search. If this occurs, the “less is more” rule can provide better results. Put in the first few letters or numbers, hit enter and you will be provided with results from which you can narrow your search.
+ I’m putting in a part number, but not getting any results. Why? (How HCRCnow’s database works)
Part numbers, while always helpful in searching for the proper seal kit, can be formatted differently depending on the database. For example, 123-456 can be read differently from 123456. If you are having trouble getting a hit on the part number, try it without hyphens or letters. If you are still having difficulty, please contact us, with the manufacturer, model number and part number if available.
+ How do I identify the product I have so I can find the proper seal kit or parts?
Floor jacks have a couple of defining marks. We can best assist you if you send pictures of the product that you have via email. We will be in touch with you to help guide you through the selection process.
+ Can I shop for products, getting price and delivery, without “checking out”?
Our website allows you to browse by manufacturer or part number to obtain pricing and shipping charges without having to go through the purchasing process. Simply select the manufacturer from our extensive list of companies, or enter the part number to see pricing on the item(s) you desire.
+ How do I place an order on the website?
Our ordering process is simple and straightforward. When you find your desired seal kit or part, simply add it to your shopping cart. You can either “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout”. Follow the instructions on the sequential screens, and complete your transaction. All you have to do from there is await your seal kit or part that will get your equipment back up and working.
+ Why can’t I find the proper seal kit even if I have searched for drawings using the part number on my product?
Manufacturers are constantly re-engineering their products. Often, they make changes to part numbers and/or specifications without notifying distributors or customers. If you have any problems locating what you are looking for, please contact us via email or phone for assistance. (You can make the search process go much faster if you can provide as much information as you have – including make, model and any identifying numbers or marks, even if they did not work for you on-line.)
+ What forms of payment does HCRCnow accept?
HCRCNOW.COM accepts either a credit or debit card or you can pay through PayPal. We do not accept checks, cash, COD or mail orders.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
+ How is my product shipped to me, and can I track delivery on-line?
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The shipping address that you enter must be a deliverable address for the USPS. Normal USPS shipping times apply.
You will receive and email with the tracking number once the item is shipped.
+ I placed an order. When can I expect delivery?
We provide a USPS tracking number upon shipment. As we ship via the USPS, shipping times vary with distance from our shipping location to your address. Normally shipments take from 3 to 10 business days, although there may be further delays depending on your location. Please consult your local USPS at www.usps.com to determine shipping times or track your package.
+ If an item is not a stock item, when can I expect delivery?
You will be notified via email of delivery times when we review orders with non-stock items. Expect notification within 12 to 24 hours of placing your order.
Non-stock products are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
